The machines in the J (junior) series are based on a lightweight design concept.  The advantages of this design principle over standard production machines lie in its shorter overall length (from 2.17 m), lower weight and the flexible installation permitted by castors on the machines.  These allow it to be moved from one location to another without external assistance.

Twin head bridge type embroidery machine with drop-table for embroidery on caps/hats, made-up garments, other tubular goods and conventional panel/border embroidery.  The NEW 'F' series head features silent running head technology and adjustable presser foot height for light, medium and heavy fabrics.  When changing from standard embroidery to caps the machine is equipped with a special quick-change needle plate insert which can be changed in seconds.

All tubular system machines can be equipped with special attachments for cord/loop, boring and/or sequin embroidery.

Increased embroidery fields with new cap frame.
The latest generation of cap frames allows large field embroidery up to 70 mm x 360 mm, ideal for embroidering the front and side panels of caps.
